**This is what you can do**:

- Arrange and control Configuration Change Committees (CCC)
- Create agendas and record minites of meetings
- Control change management lifcycles in the 3DX PLM tool
- Create status accounting reports
- Support change management at all organizational levels
- Support the organizational roles and responsibilities definition
- Track and report change management issue
- Manage CCC stakeholders
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Ensure all change data is completed prior to change release
- Implementing configuration management best practices
- Be the project change control focal point
- Take responsibility for supporting one or more Projects
- Control of change life cycles, from development to serial production
- Control of program specific change documents and data within PLM libraies

**You’ll bring this with you**:

- 3 years (Minimum) experience and knowledge of configuration management and change control principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience with PLM software tools (Enovia 3DX prefered)
- Experience with large-scale organizational change control
- Ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization
- Must have good organization skills
- Good knowledge of English and German language
- Structured, independent, accurate and solution oriented work
- Decision-making capacity and a strong sense of responsibility
- Team player and ability to work collaboratively
