- Offstreet Sales you will play an essential role in this quest ahead.
**The role - What you'll do**
You will inspire the team by creating an environment that promotes collaboration and creates a culture of getting things done. Together with your team you will drive the expansion of our local presence in the German market, through acquisition of new customers, but also through consulting and advising as well as upholding good relationships and support for existing ones. Together with your team you will drive the growth of EasyPark as a service, by connecting with off street access parking locations. You will have your own customers (Larger national and regional accounts) and you will support your team with their clients
These customers are often privately owned companies but in many cases also subsidiaries of cities. Your goal will be to extend Easypark’s coverage within Germany. You’ll closely collaborate with colleagues from other functions and with other colleagues from Distribution from other regions; you will share ideas and relevant matters, in order to help each other toward future success. Not to forget you will also collaborate with product managers, in terms of product development.
In your role, you will be required to travel for meetings with your clients or supporting your team’s clients, and you’ll be very flexible in defining your schedule.

You have a positive mindset and can see the bigger picture ahead, in terms of the direction and strategy for the German market. A dynamic atmosphere is something you thrive in, as well as digging into new opportunities when they present themselves for possible success. You are proud to be seen as a reliable consultant to your partners.
You are a natural collaborator and a great communicator and have an aptitude towards structuring and presenting strong business cases for potential and current partners.
We are looking for you who enjoys a challenge in a market where you will impact the strategy ahead and will be able to see the results from your efforts, as the market grows.
**Your background**
- First experience in building and leading winning teams
- Solid business understanding from B2B sales and account management or similar roles
- Experience from selling complex product or service offerings and managing the complete sales process from lead generation to deal making and implementation
- Experience from working in a consultative capacity to upsell or cross sell a range of products
- Knowledge of and experience in daily use of CRM systems as part of the sales process
- Native level of the German language and fluency in English is a requirement for this role

This role is reporting to the EasyPark Country Director
- Germany and you can operate from any area within your responsibility.
