What You’ll Do
- Sie installieren die, durch die Softwareabteilung vorbereitete, Maschinen-Software (SPS, Roboter, HMI, Bildverarbeitung).
- Ebenfalls erstellen Sie die Hardware-Konfiguration im vorbereiteten SPS-Programm.
- Sie spielen die Parameter (z.B. für für Servo-Module, Barcodereader oder Bildverarbeitungssysteme) auf und nehmen die SPS-, Roboter
- und Safety-Software bis zum fehlerfreien Einschaltzustand in Betrieb.
- Neben dem Testing der manuellen Funktionen und der Hardware
- & Softwarefehlersuche unterstützen Sie beim Einrichten der Maschine sowie „Teachen“ von Positionen wie Nullpunkt Referenzpositionen, Aufnahme
- und Ablegepositionen.
- Weiterhin passen Sie die Hardware-Konfiguration bei Änderungen an und optimieren Regelparameter für Servo-Antriebe, PID-Regler, Temperaturregler, Kraftreger und die Bildverarbeitung.

What You’ll Bring
- Sie kombinieren Ihre fachbezogene Berufsausbildung (z.B. als Elektroniker Betriebstechnik) mit mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung und haben zum Beispiel idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister Elektrotechnik oder staatl. geprüfter Techniker Automatisierungstechnik.
- Dabei begeistern Sie uns mit Ihren exzellenten Kenntnissen in der Bedienung von PLC-Entwicklungssystemen (z.B. Siemens S7 TIA Portal), der Hardware-Konfiguration und diverser „Einrichtssoftware“ für Servo-Drives oder anderer externer Geräte.
- Ihr gutes Leseverständnis der SPS-Software im Bereich der manuellen Funktionen und in der Elektroplanung sowie Ihre fundierten Kenntnisse im Programmieren und Laden der Safety Software runden Ihr Profil ab.
- Abschließend glänzen Sie als Teamplayer & Kommunikationstalent (auch in englischer Sprache) mit der Fähigkeit Probleme strukturiert zu analysieren und zu lösen.
- Reisebereitschaft (In
- und Ausland), Kenntnisse mit MS Office und die generelle Begeisterung für technisch komplexe Aufgabenstellungen setzen wir voraus.
