**POSITION TITLE**:
**Paralegal (M/F/d)**

**LOCATION**:
**Garching by Munich / Germany**

**POSITION**:
**The Paralegal will be working on administrative tasks and projects within the Central European Legal Team.**

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Actively support the legal entity portfolio management in Central Europe (DACH+PL+CZ) in co-operation with legal counsels and follow-up corporate governance compliance
- Monitor and maintain the Amer Sports internal compliance system in co-operation with the Legal Team and business stakeholders
- Participate in setting up and maintaining a global contract management system for Amer Sports
- Monitor and control legal compliance obligations for Amer Sports entities in Central Europe

(e. g. submissions to Green Dot system)
- Support to Legal Team in their day-to-day work including organizing legal team meetings and coordinating activities related to the Legal Team
- Support Legal Team in their daily work including calendar management, travel arrangements & expense reports
- Other additional duties defined separately from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the Legal Team

**YOUR COMPETENCES**:

- 1-3 years work experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a law firm or an international organization
- Experience in using contract management systems, compliance systems and other IT tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German, any additional language skills are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills; hands-on mentality
- Organized and diligent way of working
- Agile and flexible to work in a fast-paced environment where several tasks must often be managed in parallel
- Great collaborator with a genuine interest in building networks across the global company
- Technically savvy, in particular on MS Office (Word, Excel, PP), and net-based tools, and comfortable with learning to use new tools
