As **Vice President Parts Availability **at Rolls-Royce, you'll lead the global supply chain for 8,000+ jet engines, ensuring 24/7 parts delivery to over 3,000 business jet customers, maintaining our industry-leading support. You'll also drive the global logistics network to ensure critical parts reach ultra-high-net-worth clients within 24 hours, reinforcing Rolls-Royce's top-ranked Business Aviation service.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. It’s a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. **What you will be doing**

With this exciting opportunity you will get a chance to:

- Lead global parts supply and 24/7 spare parts delivery for over 3,000 Rolls-Royce powered Business Jet customers.
- Direct forecasting, supply chain delivery, and vendor network performance to support 8,000 in-service engines and ensure service readiness across key engine types.
- Oversee the global logistics network and AOG store performance, ensuring timely asset returns and efficient supply chain operations.
- Govern the development and performance of 50 global suppliers, focusing on contracts, cost, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and provide leadership to the Business Aviation Parts Availability team, ensuring world-class customer support and operational excellence.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

- Possess multiple years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain management, and global operations, ideally with a background in Rolls-Royce services and aircraft operations.
- Exhibit commercial business acumen with robust negotiation skills to handle high-stakes situations and escalations.
- Lead teams, providing strong leadership and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Be able to travel for business up to 20% per year.
- Communicate fluently in English, with German as a plus, to effectively engage with global stakeholders.
