- What you will be doing
- Under broad supervision of the Operations Manager, you will become an integral part of our team, which works closely with other offices around the world as well as vendors and governmental agencies to find optimal solutions for our customers complex logístical needs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Engage in effective personal communication with colleagues and suppliers
- Ensure all shipments and customs requirements are handled according to company and international regulations
- Calculate, prepare and present quotes for external and internal customers in line with established guidelines and policies
- React flexibly to deviations in shipments and provide customers with suitable and efficient solutions
- Generate sales leads and collaborate with sales on identification and development of potential and existing accounts
What your background should look like
Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline;
- Minimum of 2 years relatable experience
- Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, high level of attention to detail;
- Proactive customer focus;
- Ability to work in a team and independently as well as with mínimal supervision;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment;
- Self-starter, efficient, organized;
- Capable of consistently producing high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion;
- Strong proficiency in order entry systems;
- Excellent problem solving ability; and
- Mandatory ability to communicate clearly in English and German
