**Product Performance Specialist (M/F/d) - Premium Tractor**

**What You Will Do**
- Technical expert in the field of premium tractors
- Process responsibility over product improvement measures
- Creation and publication of customer service bulletins
- Main contact for external service providers (e.g.: for translations and publications)
- Consolidate and prepare data and content for the creation of global customer service measures
- Global interface within the customer support team
- Preparation and consolidation of top issues from the individual modules for AGCO internal communication
- Developing communication rules for 1st level support on key topics
**What You Will Bring**
- Completed studies in technical business administration, engineering or similar
- Experience in the creation of business cases
- Knowledge of the workshop environment or after sales
- Good written and spoken English language skills; other language skills would be an advantage
**A Plus If You Have**
- Ability to communicate in interdisciplinary and international teams
- Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and enthusiasm
- Experience in project or process managementExperience
