Tasks

We’re expanding our talent team and are hiring for a Recruiter to join our Berlin office and support our ambitious hiring plans. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work on a range of exciting and diverse positions.

**You’ll take on a varied job including**:

- Managing the end to end recruitment process.
- Partnering with Hiring Managers.
- Managing recruitment agency relationships
- Managing the ATS and recruitment administration
- Getting involved in a range of talent based projects.

This position is hybrid. You'll be in the Berlin office for 2-3 days per week, with the rest of the time spent working remotely.

**Requirements**:

- Some previous experience working in recruitment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident dealing with people of all levels of seniority

**Salary**: €30,000 per annum
