**What you will do**

As a working student you will support our Learning System Applications Engineering team in different activities related to project management, operations, and development (translation, badges, videos platform) and a very strong focus on testing & support.

We are looking for a colleague that:

- Is eager to work in an environment following Agile principles
- Is comfortable working in an international environment where you must collaborate with people remotely and across different time zones and cultures
- Works closely together with other team members to ensure team success, collaboration, and teamwork
- Independently manages operational activities and ensure that requests are delivered in time and with high quality
- Demonstrates full responsibility for accepted tasks and therefore demonstrates a high level of quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency
- Takes ownership of workstreams and tasks
- Is experienced in manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, cross-browser testing, exploratory testing, GUI testing
- Is experienced in creating test documentation and test case development, bug reporting, and verification, requirements analysis and clarification, defect management

**What you bring**
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
- Language skills: very good communication skills in English and German (written and verbal), Additional language skills is a plus
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Soft skills: good communication skills, sense of responsibility, good time management skills, very detail-oriented
- Knowledge of Quality Engineering and Agile/Scrum methodology
- Required technical experience: TestRail, JIRA
- Preferred technical experience: Alfresco, MySQL, Postman, Converged Cloud, JavaScript Development Tools/JavaScript Profiling and Debugging, Splunk, Tennible.IO

The Learning Systems team is responsible in providing state of the art infrastructure and system landscape for the design, development, and distribution of SAPs Learning offerings.
