**For our Talent & Music team in Berlin, we are looking for an intern for Talent & Music MTV (M/F/d) at the earliest possible date.**

**Is this the role for you?**
The Talent & Music team is responsible for the selection of music videos, cooperation with record labels, booking, and artist support during productions.

**What will you be doing?**
- Creating weekly music video playlists for, among others, Weekend Specials, Chart Shows, and Genre Shows.
- Daily use of the music scheduling software MusicMaster Scheduling.
- Coordinating with record labels for the ordering of new music videos and their coordination.
- Artist support during local productions.
- Preparing and conducting the weekly Acquisition Meeting.
- Creating the weekly MTV newsletter.
- Supporting and administrative tasks.

**What are we looking for?**
- You are enrolled at a university and are looking for an internship as part of your mandatory internship.
- You are interested in the media industry and already have some experience in communication, events, music management, or similar fields.
- Music is your passion, and you are knowledgeable about pop music.
- You enjoy structured project planning and implementation within a team.
- You work independently, responsibly, and present yourself professionally.
- You can handle deadlines well and prioritize your work accordingly.
- You are fluent in both German and English.

**Für unser Talent & Music Team in Berlin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/-n Praktikant/-in Talent & Music MTV (m/w/d).**

**Das sind Deine Hauptaufgaben**:

- Das Talent & Music Team kümmert sich um die Auswahl von Musikvideos, die Kooperation mit Plattenfirmen und das Booking sowie die Betreuung von Künstler/-innen bei Produktionen. Im Einzelnen sind das Deine Hauptaufgaben
- Kreation von wöchentlichen Musikvideo-Playlists für u.a. Weekend Specials, Chart Shows und Genre Shows
- Täglicher Umgang mit der Musikplanungssoftware MusicMaster Scheduling
- Absprachen mit Plattenfirmen für die Bestellung von neuen Musikvideos und deren Koordination
- Künstlerbetreuung bei lokalen Produktionen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung des wöchentlichen Acquisition Meetings
- Erstellung des wöchentlichen Newsletters von MTV
- Unterstützende und administrative Tätigkeiten

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben und suchst einen Praktikumsplatz für Dein Pflichtpraktikum
- Die Medienbranche interessiert Dich und Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Kommunikation, Events, Musikmanagement oder ähnlichem
- Musik ist Deine Leidenschaft und in der Pop-Musik kennst du Dich aus
- Strukturierte Projektplanung und -umsetzung im Team bereiten Dir Freude
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und trittst professionell auf
- Du kannst gut mit Deadlines umgehen und deine Arbeit entsprechend priorisieren
- Deutsch und Englisch sprichst Du fließend
