**Global Pharma Deputy ECO (M/F/d)**

**Key Tasks**:

- Ensure divisional compliance with internal and external regulations in the areas of export controls and economic sanctions, customs compliance, and social compliance.
- Act as Deputy Global Export Control Officer for the Pharmaceuticals Division.
- Act as Legal Entity Export Control Officer PH for LE2000/2001.
- Act as Supply Chain Security Officer for the Pharmaceuticals Division.
- Provide functional steering and guidance in all areas of trade and social compliance. Present written and verbal reports of compliance metrics, findings, and recommendations to management.
- Pursue continuous improvement projects to increase the efficiency, standardization, and harmonization of trade compliance operations.
- Drive issue resolution and broker alignments and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

**Qualification & Competencies**:

- Graduate degree in business, supply chain, international trade, or comparable education.
- Min. 2 years of experience in logistics or international trade. Compliance and/or business process management experience preferred.
- Track-record leading cross-functional teams and projects in product supply. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Ability to advise, develop, and coach fellow compliance professionals and create network opportunities within and outside the organization.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills. Proven ability to address and resolve complex problems.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and maintain good working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken, additional languages used broadly within the organization are an asset.
