In your role as Founders Associate Intern (m/w/d) you will be one of our first employees and support us in redefining and capturing a significant share of our core market in the D2C service wellness/ beauty industry.

You will work alongside serial entrepreneurs who bring experience from successfully building and exiting their previous ventures. Whether it will be mastering the processes across our customer journey to create exceptional experiences for our clients, supporting on critical cross-functional projects, or providing analyses to master our underlying unit economics - you will be directly involved in shaping our operational and strategic direction as a company.

This role is perfectly suited for someone who wants to grow into a strategic/ operational role or to eventually become a founder her-/himself.

Tasks
- Process excellence: Conceptualize our core processes on a blank paper to help us redefining the customer experience of our industry
- Performance Management: Analyses to manage and improve our performance and enable the definition of new initiatives
- Special projects/ ad hoc operational support: Project management of cross-functional projects as well as ad-hoc analyses for decision making support

**Requirements**:

- You graduated in business/ engineering or a related field from a renown university.
- You already gained relevant experience in consulting, investment banking/ PE or a high-growth startup.
- You have a good understanding of numbers and you feel comfortable to lead your own projects.
- You are a fluent (C2) or native German and English speaker.
