**What you will enjoy doing**
- Demonstrate Linde Gas (LG) HyCO capabilities to customers - present convincing and compelling solutions
- Stay abreast of HyCO technologies to secure Linde global leadership position in HyCO products
- Cooperate with other HyCO teams and groups in EMEA, Americas and APAC to realize consistent experience collection and feedback into Linde Gas Standard Requirements
- Lead technical concept development and support optimization of investment budgets for onsite supply schemes in EMEA
- Support the Regional Business Units (RBU's)/ HyCO units to prepare investment budget estimates for relocation and plant relifes
- Follow project execution phase (incl. commercialization) and upon request give support
- Carry out market analyses and benchmark Linde or competitor technologies
- Participate in milestone project reviews (PFD, PID, HAZOP, 3D Model), to stay actively engaged in the day to day activities

**What makes you great**
- You have a Masters or University degree in engineering or similar discipline and a proven track record in roles related to HyCO processes and/or HyCO Technologies
- Proven experience in conceptual engineering (FEL, FEED studies) and/or execution of HyCO projects
- Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of commercial and technical aspects based on market requirements
- Methodical approach paired with high work efficiency
- Proactive, autonomous working style and good experience regarding cross-functional and cross-cultural teamwork
- Ability to establish strategic relationships and to influence in a positive way
- Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel within the region EMEA
