We will show you how to make brands tangible, how to inspire people and how to create unique experiences. Live. Hybrid and digital.

**A SNAPSHOT OF THIS OPPORTUNITY**
- Our 12-month trainee program: an accelerated learning journey in our event solutions department.
- You will learn how to transfer tailor-made ideas for our international customers and create real brand experiences.
- The term “incentive” rings a bell? You will explore how to create and plan unforgettable incentive trips.
- As part of the project team, you will gain insights into all relevant areas of the customer journey and the needed know-how.
- After successfully completing the program we want your journey with BCD to continue. As a Junior Manager in the Event Solutions team, you can advance within a global company with many development and career opportunities.

- We would like someone with an excellent command of the German and English languages (spoken and written). Any additional European language such as French or Spanish would be of added value.
