Tender & Contract Specialist (F/m/d) - Befristet

Aufgaben
- Ensure the effective and efficient hand in of public tenders across Germany, Austria and Switzerland by being the relevant stakeholder and contact point for our Salesforce.
- Handling, coordination and management of all administrative tasks from tender announcement till contract expiration.
- Create project plans, collect necessary information and ensure on-time hand ins.
- Onpoint communication with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Update and improve research platform and ensure highest possible outcomes
- Be an expert on the tender documents and legal questions for tenders, the tender admin flow and in project coordination.
- You will be the go-to person for the purchasers at your customers and regions and it is expected that you know your stakeholders and what initiatives are currently ongoing.
- You are the Gatekeeper for all contracts and the owner of the contract registry, finalizing contracts, collecting signatures
- You are expected to contribute to and implement ongoing process improvements in the Tender Management Team.

Qualifikation
- Fluent in German and English (written and oral), with French also beneficial but not essential
- Strong experience of the tender process from administrative and legal perspective, with strong local experience in Germany, and preferably also Austria and Switzerland
- Knowledge of European and local country procurement law and telematics platforms
- Great communication skills (written/oral)
- Strong networker and goal keeper
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment is essential
