**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Preis
- und Kapazitätssteuerung
- Unterstützung bei der untersaisonale Preis
- und Kapazitätssteuerung von Non-Risk Kapazitäten im Kurz
- sowie im Langfristbereich
- Permanente Überwachung der Auslastungs
- und Verkaufsentwicklung von Non-Risk Kapazitäten
- Unterstützung bei der Definition und Umsetzung von Preis-Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Vorgaben zur Erreichung der Abverkaufsziele
- Regelmäßige Markt
- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung hinsichtlich Marktpreisbild
- Special Offers
- Bedarfsermittlung für Aktionspreise/ Sonderangebote (SPOs) auf Hotel
- und Flugebenen
- Anfrage von Sonderangeboten bei Leistungsträgern bzw. der Zielgebietsagentur zur Maximierung des Umsatzes und des Ertrags
- Erstellung und Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation von Sonderangeboten sowie Ausarbeitung von Zusatzangeboten
- Steuerung von zusätzlichen Hotelkapazitäten im vorgegebenen Rahmen
- Kommunikation/ Abstimmung
- Permanente Vertriebsabstimmung und Unterstützung der Maßnahmen
- Ansprechpartner für interne Abteilungen für untersaisonale Preismaßnahmen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tourismuskauffrau/-mann
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Touristik
- Zahlenverständnis, analytische Fähigkeiten, Verständnis für touristische Zusammenhänge und gute kaufmännische Kenntnisse
- Affinität im Umgang mit IT-Systemen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Eigeninitiative und Kontaktfreudigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- Gewissenhaftes und systematisches Arbeiten
