As **Trainer** at logit.syncreon at our new location in **Dortmund**, you will be responsible for the smooth handling of all training related topics on site. **About the Role**:
**How you will contribute**:

- Contact person for all topics related to operational training at the site
- Training, consulting and coaching of operational employees as well as planning, managing and supervising them in daily operations
- Coordination of training measures for newly hired employees, cross-training and training following corrective measures
- Coordinating, conducting and following up on training for employees in accordance with the company's training procedure
- First point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries in the area of training
- Work closely with our Quality Team and assist in the implementation of
- Quality enhancement initiatives
- Reporting of training activities including documentation and tracking
- Actively coaching the organization on training effectiveness using assessment tools and reports

**Your Key qualifications**:

- Experience in logistics or the processing of returns in the fields of quality or training.
- Good knowledge of operational procedures and the implementation and execution of training / education activities
- Experience with 5S training, Gemba training would be an advantage, other training courses will be offered
- You enjoy working in a varied and exciting work environment for a global customer in a 2 shift system.
- German fluent in spoken and written, good English skills
- You are a team player, have good communication skills, are reliable and stress resistant and have good organizational skills
- You work independently and are characterized by goal-oriented, pro-active work with high personal performance standards
