As a Senior HR Business Partner (f/m/d) you will partner with business leaders and line managers to build their people strategies, plan and manage talent and develop HR approaches to achieve organisational objectives.

You will act as the point of contact for business groups (Product, People & Culture, Strategy) and be responsible for implementing specific HR initiatives to drive performance. This role will support leadership and management teams to foster and promote the engagement of core values at all levels.

You will also manage complex employee relations issues, conduct effective investigations, and recommend action for sensitive and complex situations. This role will provide coaching and support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

**The exciting opportunity we have to offer**:

- Develops HR strategies for business groups (internal customers).
- Attends weekly meetings with respective business groups to provide overview and updates on all People related topics and gather needs from the business areas you are partnering with.
- Consults with leadership and line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyses trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex people leaders and employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner on HR-related topics
- Lead and implement a number of strategic HR Projects including Leadership Development, Management Development, Performance Management, and drive Talent agenda.
- Develop and provide content material & workshops for the business based on identified needs.

**What will help you to be successful in this role**:

- Fluent English; written and verbal. Fluent German would be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent project management, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to resolve complex employee relations issues, come up with solutions to different situations and make decisions accordingly.
- Team player and proactive. Positive mindset and attitude, able to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years of HR experience as HRM or HRBP
- Working knowledge of Employment legislation ( German or similar legislation)
- HR degree & MBA preferred
