**Who you are**:
- University degree (or equivalent) with a strong financial background
- Minimum of 7 years profound professional experience in general Finance, with years of practical experiences with legal entity structure projects, integrations, or acquisition of larger corporations
- Broad based understanding of general business, Finance, IT, HR, Tax, Legal topics
- Professional experience on project management, coordinating large multifunctional, international teams (e.g. in collaboration with Business, Tax, HR, IT, Legal), ability to manage multiple and complex projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior level as a credible partner to CFOs and senior officers
- Strategic and analytical competencies, problem solving attitude and innovative thinking
- fluent in English
