Working Student: Graphic Design and Communications

In our
**Green Industrial Power (GIP) **division, we aim to drive digitalization topics across all European sites (e.g. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning). For this, well-planned and appealing internal communication is essential. We are looking for you to support us
In your new role you will:
- Support **internal c **ommunication and networking**: setting up and maintaining various network overviews to create a community
- **O **rganize and implement community events**:
- **Set up and maintain Confluence pages to support knowledge management **in the community
- Support in **creating video materia **l **, for example image films
- **Design of information material **for internal communication
You are best equipped for this task if you:
- Are studying **Media
- and Communication Management **or another field with a focus on **communications & PR or digital media**:
- Ideally already have some professional experience in **networking and digital communications**:
- Have an **interest in digitalization **topics
- Have a **reliable work style**:
- Are **fluent in English **and ideally have a good command of German
- CV in English
- Certificate of enrollment at university
- Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
- High school report
Important information:
- **Working part-time**:The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- **Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome**:You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
- **You should live close to the site**:It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
