- Gestaltung & Aktualisierung der Website, des Familienportals und des Brand Portals
- Kommunikation mit den Gesellschaftern
- Planung und Durchführung von Gesellschafterveranstaltungen (Präsenz
- und virtuelle Veranstaltungen, Familientage)
- Organisation und Durchführung der weltweiten Röchling Conference (Präsenz
- und virtuelle Veranstaltung)
- Erstellen von Beiträgen für die digitalen Mitarbeiterplattformen sowie Zusammenstellung unseres monatlichen, digitalen Pressespiegels
- Lektorat von deutschen und englischen Publikationen sowie Ermittlung und Auswahl von Werbemitteln
- Office
- und Reisemanagement

**Damit überzeugen Sie uns**:

- ** Bildungsweg**: Erfolgreicher Bachelor-Abschluss im Bereich Kommunikation, Germanistik, Kultur, Anglistik, Wirtschaft, VWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung (bspw. IHK)
- ** Berufserfahrung**: Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Kommunikationsumfeld, gerne in einem Konzern
- ** Know-How**: Gute Kenntnisse in Redaktionssystemen sowie im Umgang mit Meeting Tools wie WebEx und WebEx Events. Zudem ein versierter Umgang mit Typo3 oder vergleichbaren Content-Management-Systemen. Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Konferenztechnik (z.B. Big BlueButton) sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in allen MS Office 365 Anwendungen
