Working Student

**About the role**

We are looking for a working student in technical writing to join us in the Product Success team. In this role you will help to ensure that documentation and knowledge is delivered to internal users within the organisation. Thus, making a significant contribution to the satisfaction and quality of documentation in FREE NOW.

In order to succeed in this role, you will have excellent written English skills and be proactive and keen to learn new skills in technical writing.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support in delivering technical documentation to ensure internal users are equipped with knowledge and skills to use the products offered by FREE NOW.
- Learn about the new functionality and the underlying concepts, to provide a good explanation in your content.
- You will review existing documentation to ensure it's well maintained and up to date.
- Write clear and concise descriptions in English, paying attention to missing information, detail, flow, grammar, and consistency.

**Your Profile**
- Enrolled student (M/F/d) at a university in technical writing, engineering, or related education background.
- Interested in a future career in technical writing or communications.
- You have excellent written and verbal English skills.
- You are able to provide examples of your written skills.
