This is a 75% full-time equivalent position, based on a fixed-term contract valid for a period of
three years, with the option of renewal. Remuneration is in accordance with pay grade E13 of
the German public-sector collective agreement, TV-L; salary step dependent on qualifications
and experience.***

**What we seek**
- You are a highly motivated master’s graduate with an excellent degree in business

administration, economics, information systems or a related field of study. Preliminary
part-time employment up to 0.5 full-time equivalent in line with pay grade E12 TV-L

thesis. Please contact us for details.
- Very good analytical skills and keen interest in questions related to the dynamics of

digital platforms and their actors’ innovation activities.
- Willingness to approach complex practical problems with analytical methods and to

learn or deepen new methods. Initial experience with empirical-quantitative research
methods would be advantageous.

- Willingness to conduct interdisciplinary research as a member of the DFG-funded
- Ability to work in a team, open-mindedness, and the motivation to work on a research

project independently, diligently and under pressure.

- Excellent spoken and written English language skills. Knowledge of German would be

advantageous but is not a requirement.
