Construction Administrator

To support our operations team, beginning at the earliest possible date, we are looking for a qualified and dedicated

As a Construction Administrator, your tasks will include:

- Support in preparation and setup of meetings and presentations
- Addressing Minutes of Meeting.
- Support in optimization of lessons learnt
- Support in maintaining Cloud folders and the quality of inputs
- Training new personnel in operational/administrative matters
- Ensure completion of Document Packages and coordination with the EPC Documentation Team
- Preparing Weekly Reports drafts prior to construction start and monitor during construction
- Responsible for administrative tasks related to construction the Site Teams

Your Profile:

- Academic degree in the area of engineering or business and/or equivalent experience
- At least three years of work experience in a relevant role
- Strong communication skills - systematic organized approach
- Familiar with administrative processes
- Technical understanding of solar photovoltaics is a plus
- English (excellent command), German (desired), Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch (is a plus)
