**Responsibilities**:
- Link between those responsible for customers in the market unit and the delivery units required for Pega projects- Close cooperation with other clients units and Pega itself in order to increase the market presence through the use of innovative solutions and to orchestrate and systematically develop and expand the necessary delivery capability- Development of suitable solution offers and their positioning with customers- Adopted a thought leadership role for Pega solutions and architectures, including different approaches to implementing Pega components- Establishing relationships with the customer CMOs / CDOs and COOs as well as their teams and the relevant IT areas- Responsible for the Pega Germany strategy in the areas of financial services, thought leadership, business development and sales engagement

**Qualifications**:
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or a natural science course- Ability to develop and design advanced solutions on Pega marketing and experience platforms- Experience in the implementation of customer workshops as well as in the implementation of the requirements in a design and implementation approach- Competence and ability to talk about the advantages and disadvantages of implementation scenarios (e.g. configuration vs coding)- Know-how in the integration of Pega with other package solutions such as Salesforce, Dynamics, Guidewire, Temenos, etc.
