The position is temporary for 24 months.

Your Tasks
- Programming, documenting and simulating mechanical machining processes
- Creating NC programs using CATIA V5 or Siemens NX for various 3/5-axis machining centres or turning/milling machines
- Preparing a CAD model for measuring and evaluating on systems
- Simulating and releasing the programs with Vericut
- Creating and providing the necessary production documents, such as set-up sheets, clamping sketches, etc.
- Using and maintaining the tool management system (Walter TDM)
- Running in the programs with production
- Contact person (M/F/d) for our operating personnel in the event of queries and faults in series production
- Ongoing analysis of the systems for efficiency improvements
- Implementing the optimisations on the systems

Your Qualifications
- Training as a master craftsman (M/F/d), technician (M/F/d) or degree (mechanical engineering, production technology)
- Practical experience in NC production
- Experience in NC programming with CATIA V5 or Siemens NX and in simulation using Vericut
- Experience in the processes: mechanical processing, measuring on processing machines
- Teamcenter knowledge desirable
- SAP knowledge desirable
