**Wallee** is a payment technology company that enables merchants to accept omnichannel payments - whether online in web shops, on mobile devices, unattended kiosks or in physical outlets with terminals. Our software engineers are working on a variety of projects ranging from big data systems to dedicated merchant integrations. **Requirements**:
**Your duties and responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate up-to-date financial records
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions
- Maintaining accounts payables and accounts receivables
- Record supplier invoices, payment run
- Record expense reports and credit-card statements
- Asset accounting, prepare and maintain financial statements that accurately reflects the value and status of assets
- Support bank statements, reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial documentation
- VAT reports and reconciliations
- Account reconciliations
- Active support for the month-end closing process and reporting
- Update and maintain planning & reporting master data in SAP
- Support Projects

**What you should bring**:

- Education in finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong German skills, preferably also very good English
