Delivery Hero is looking for a **Senior Specialist in Paid Social, Europe (all genders) **to work directly within our Regional Performance Marketing team. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.

**Your mission**:

- You support building the strategy for all paid social channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
- You conduct in-depth / cross-functional analysis and make suggestions to allocate budget between channels, devices and campaigns
- You own a large paid social media budget for several markets
- You drive campaign management and are responsible for the performance against monthly targets
- You seek improvements and prioritize new test opportunities.
- You support the creatives strategy by providing new ideas to launch awesome campaigns

**Your heroic skills**:

- You’ve gained 2-5 years of professional experience in paid social marketing.
- You managed campaigns for ideally at least 2 of the following channels (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter)
- You developed app acquisition expertise and ideally supported brand campaigns as well
- You have a university degree in marketing, business, economics, management, engineering or a similar field
- Optionally, but would be a great plus, you have used tools like Smartly and Adjust
- You are used to breaking down complex problems into a clear structure
- You are used to producing business analysis that the firm can rely on
- You are a great communicator, highly motivated, with a hands-on mentality
- You have lead projects, instructed teams and managed various stakeholders
- You are curious and interested in the latest trends & technologies
- You are both creative and data-driven and understand automation principles
- You thrive in a challenging fast-paced environment
- You can have fun at work and don’t take yourself too seriously
