TRANSWAGGON bietet heute: 13.500 moderne Wagen aller Art - jeweils entsprechend den Anforderungen aller nationalen und internationalen Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen für den Transport von Trockengütern. Neben ihrem Hauptsitz in Zug unterhält TRANSWAGGON Niederlassungen in Hamburg (DE), Helsingborg (SE), Mailand (IT) und Paris (FR). Seit 2007 sind wir ein Ausbildungsbetrieb.

***Invoicing Specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)**:
**Das sind Deine Aufgaben**:

- In der Eingangsrechnungsprüfung entgeht Dir kein Fehler. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team und anderen Abteilungen zusammen.
- Für die Rechnungserstellung sind Deine Klarheit und Dein Blick für Details gefragt.
- Du findest in der Reklamationsbearbeitung gemeinsam eine Lösung - sachlich und kundenorientiert.
- Du bringst Licht ins Zahlenmeer mit Auswertungen als Prüf
- und Abgrenzungsgrundlage.
- Mit Struktur und Zahlengespür bereitest Du Teile des Monatsabschlusses vor.
- Und in Projekten bringst Du Dich aktiv mit Workflow-Verständnis und eigenen Ideen ein.

**Du passt zu uns, wenn**:

- Du eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder entsprechende Weiter
- bzw. Fortbildungen hast.
- Du mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungsprüfung / Rechnungserstellung hast.
- Du gern im Team und zusammen mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen arbeitest.
- Excel Dir keine Sorgen bereiten.
- Deine Englischkenntnisse (Europäischer Referenzrahmen B1) zumindest ausbaubar sind.
- Deine Denkweise analytisch ist und du über Zahlenaffinität verfügst.
- Du für eine eigenverantwortliche, sorgfältige und organisierte Arbeitsweise stehst
- Du deinen Aufgabenbereich gerne weiterentwickelst und eigene Ideen einbringst.
- Du dafür offen bist in Zukunft einen erweiterten Verantwortungsbereich zu übernehmen
