**Job Description Summary**: Sales Specialist 2 - Order Management

**Aufgabenbeschreibung**:

- Rechtzeitige und akkurate Erfassung von (Kunden)Aufträgen in den relevanten IT Tools, wie My Orders, eOM \IFS und Oracle Bestellung in unseren unterschiedlichen Fabriken
- Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Erstellung der Lieferpapiere, Finanzierungsbestätigungen für die Berechnung
- Sensibilität für Transportkosten & Transportplanung mit Rücksicht auf den Kundenwunsch, Qualität und Kosten in Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik
- Rechnungsstellung unter Berücksichtigung der GE Richtlinien
- Erledigung der Kundenkorrespondenz per Telefon, E-Mail
- Datenpflege in den für die Lieferung vorgesehenen Tool My Orders und Auftragstool.
- Verkaufsseitige Betreuung und Unterstützung von Projektaufträgen
- Inventory Management in Zusammenarbeit mit Democoordination und Logistik.
- Sicherstellen der rechtzeitigen und effektiven Kommunikation mit: der Vertriebsgruppe, der Serviceabteilung, der Logistik (Warenlager) und der Spediteure
- Allgemeine Korrespondenz und administrative Tätigkeit zur Unterstützung des Verkaufsmanagements
- Befolgen und einhalten der GEMS EHS Richtlinien
- Einhaltung der ISO & WEEE Vorschriften

**Sonstiges**:

- Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse
- Gute Deutsch, English Kenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich
- Kundenorientiertes Handeln
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamarbeit problemlösendes Denken Belastbarkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Initiative & Kreativität Qualitätsbewusstsein Hohe Flexibilität
