**What we’re looking for**

***We are looking for a new hire to provide coordination support between the software development and customer implementation departments for the development of our main product, BOX Messaging Hub.

**Your role **- Key responsibilities**
- Preparation, organisation and execution of weekly meetings
- Assisting in the distribution of tasks and status tracking
- Support with release planning
- Monitoring the customer ticket system
- Support packaging and publishing of software updates

**What you bring**

The role requires both written and spoken English and German, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to familiarise with the processes and tools we use in Intercope.

We offer the position as a full-time position (part-time possible) in Hamburg Winterhude.

Für die Entwicklung unseres Hauptprodukts BOX Messaging Hub suchen wir Unterstützung bei der Koordination zwischen den Abteilungen Software-Entwicklung und Customer-Implementation.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Vorbereitung, Organisation und Durchführung von wöchentlichen Meetings
- Mithilfe bei der Verteilung von Aufgaben und deren Statustracking
- Unterstützung bei der Release-Planung
- Überwachung des Customer-Ticket-Systems
- Mitwirkung bei Packaging und Publishing von Software-Updates

Die Position erfordert verantwortungsvolles und sorgfältiges Arbeiten. Wir wünschen uns eine kommunikationsfreudige Person, die auch initiativ auf das technische Personal zugeht. Ideal wären ein grundsätzliches Verständnis und Interesse für softwaretechnische Fragestellungen, sind jedoch nicht zwingend notwendig.

Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office Produkten setzen wir voraus. Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie sich in unsere Prozesse und Tools ein.

Wir bieten die Position als Vollzeitstelle (ggf. Teilzeit möglich) in Hamburg Winterhude an.
