**Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten**:

- Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Bearbeitung der Schnittstelle zur Finanzbuchhaltung, Verbuchung und Abstimmung der Personalkonten
- Kontakt zu externen Stellen wie Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern
- Organisation der Personaladministration wie Pflege der Personalakten und Stammdaten sowie Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Auswertungen und Zeugnissen
- Ansprechpartner für die operativen Personalthemen am Standort
- Unterstützung bei Projekten

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Commercial, tax or social security training and professional experience in human resources with a focus on payroll accounting (personnel specialist is preferred)
- In addition to up-to-date and well-founded specialist knowledge of wage tax and social security law, you have basic knowledge of labor law
- In addition, you ideally have experience in using the accounting program Sage HR Suite
- Good knowledge of English and confident handling of MS Office (esp. Excel)
