Your tasks - Responsible for Coordination of CO/FI modules within all active SAP S/4 boxes - Collaborate directly with Functional Team Lead Experts and Challenge Solution Design - Responsible for One Global ContiTech SAP Template solution - Responsible for efficient and compliant utilization of SAP CO / FI modules and processes - Ensure S4/Hana FI/CO functionality in ContiTech legal entities including needed integrations to eco system supporting solutions - Establish Direct collaboration with Contitech Central functions to support Business transformation Initiatives (Finance, SCM, Operations) - Configuration within ContiTech legal entities worldwide (currently > 145) **Profile**: - Academic degree Information Technologies or Business Administration or comparable qualification - Several years of experience in SAP Configuration for FI/CO, Business knowledge related to Financial Reporting, Controlling, basic knowledge of related modules, MM, QM, PP, PM, ABAP - Several years of leadership experience - Ability to develop Business and IT/SAP strategies and concepts - Project management experience, dealing with complex requirements and challenging timelines - Business fluent Englisch language skills (spoken and written), German language skills desirable - Experience in the field of "leading of virtual / global teams" and experience in cooperation with different cultures - Ability to communicate effectively with teams of diverse with cultural background, respectful and proactively managing teams strengths and synergies Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome. **Offer**: The well-being of our employees is important to us.
