Are you passionate about digitalization and an expert in leading challenging projects? As a Director Operations Planning Excellence & Projects you are responsible for leading Infineon’s Backend Operation Planning and Controlling (BE OPC) Supply Chain Excellence and drive key strategic projects through success.
In your new role you will:
- **Be head of BE OPC Supply Chain Excellence and Projects **leading a team of 10 employees **in Munich and Regensburg
- **Work on all Backend Supply Chain Excellence topics **incl. new methods and tools from BE OPC perspective
- **Be owner of this new role for the implementation of a BE cluster-wide Supply Chain Digitalization program **by creating a framework, project pipeline/roadmap and functionally lead a world-wide BE OPC implementation setup
- **Enable scalability, speed and optimize cost or charging **from a supply chain perspective, for the entire Backend cluster and approx. 20.000 direct and indirect labor
- **Act as key interface **to all DIV EX and Corporate Supply Chain teams
- **Lead key strategic projects from BE perspective, **e.g. BE manufacturing strategy for module development or other key projects to support the implementation of the BE strategy

Furthermore, you know the factors for successful innovation and foster the necessary conditions as well as you translate the strategy into ambitious goals and make sure that it becomes a binding guideline for people’s actions. Moreover, you are aware of the strengths, needs for development, and motivational drivers of the team members and deploy them according to their competences within your team.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A **degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain **or in a similar field
- At least **8 years work experience **and thereof 5 years **in the semiconductor industries**:
- Lead and participate in **projects in the area of supply chain methodology, processes, tools and change management**:
- Working **knowledge of supply chain and material management concepts**:
- **Experience in planning and inventory management **in semiconductor industry
- Excellent **knowledge of various global functional interfaces**:
- Excellent **communication and coordination skills in English **with good social and soft skills; German is a plus
