Your tasks will be integration and testing of our cameras and spacecraft, putting together structure parts, electronics, PCBs, and optical parts. You will be joining a very motivated and highly enthusiastic team of experts in the fields of mechanical, optics, electronics, spacecraft, and software engineering.aa **What you’ll be doing**: As an Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) Intern you will: - Support the integration of components and subsystems containing actual space hardware. - Assemble and test the satellite’s subsystems, cables, and deployment mechanisms. - Support the satellite’s on-ground test campaigns (vibration, thermal, vacuum). - Mechanical (SolidWorks) or electrical (Altium) design for test equipment. - Prototyping of mechanical and electrical designs using our laboratories. - Cooperate with the other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, software) to improve and scale up the production of payloads and satellites. **Relevant Skills**: - Enrolled in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable. - Skilled handling of small mechanical parts and electronics. - Highly organized and structured way of working in the laboratories and clean rooms. - Proactive attitude to problem solving while safeguarding high quality standards. - Able to communicate effectively in English with an international team. - Experience in CAD software and/or electronic design is a plus. - Experience in space tests and qualification standards is a plus. **Our Benefits**: - Wellpass, MVV ticket - Discount on lunch meals - Company accident insurance for all employees (insurance for accidents during work and leisure time around the world 24/7) **We Offer**: At OroraTech you can expect a down to earth, yet high-caliber work environment.
