Job Description Summary

**Job Description**:
The Coordinator will be responsible for the following research and administrative activities:

- Lead the day-to-day organization, coordination, and implementation of an NIH-funded grant and other public health and clinical research studies (A/B) assist with protocol and manuscript writing (B).
- Write, review, and track science communication products to funding and regulatory authorities (progress reports; IRB submission). (B)
- Prepare study documents, including protocols, operational manuals consent forms, recruitment material, and data collection forms. (B)
- Actively oversee the recruitment and enrollment of study participants. (A/B)
- Create and manage project-specific databases and surveys in Way to Health. (A/B)
- Actively oversee data collection and management (i.e. conduct data audits and monitoring). (A/B)
- Monitor text message line with and call study participants when prompted. (A/B)
- Comply with Institutional policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines. (A/B)

**Qualifications**:
Looking for a Coordinator who has:

- The ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels (A/B)
- Experience calling study participants (A/B)
- Experience with mental health research projects (A/B)
- Experience monitoring a text message platform (A/B)
- Experience screening in Epic, PennChart (A/B)
