For the Human Relations (HR) ContiTrade department we are looking for a working student (M/F/diverse) starting immediately for approx. 20 hours a week for a period of up to 12 months.
During this time, you will support in various fields of HR work such as Talent Management, Training & Learning, Organizational Development, as well as Operational HR duties.
**Your tasks will include**:
**Project Management**: Supporting project manager in overall project finalization, reporting & tracking roll-out
Creating recruitment and selection standards for the organization
Supporting to design and conduct own trainings for different target groups in the EMEA markets
Creating presentations for HR initiatives
Supporting in preparing and moderating Talent Management Conferences and Review meetings
**Qualifications**:
Student (M/F/diverse) in the area of Economics, Social Science, Law, Educational Science or a comparable field of study
First experiences within HR and TMOD preferable
Save handling of the MS Office-programs
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; good German language skills preferable
Self organized & well-structured
Good text writing skills
