3-4 years of experience in managing, coordinating, contributing to the definition of testing campaigns, migration and readiness strategies.
- Must have exp with the Eurosystem financial market infrastructures for payments, securities settlement and/or collateral management, I.e., the TARGET Services,
- Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously and finding solutions proactively with a results-oriented focus. Excellent team working capabilities, problem-solving and time-management skills. Knowledge of the European Commission’s Project Management Methodology.
- proven experience in secretariat roles and/or working group set-ups of functional, testing and/or operational natures. Demonstrated experience managing complex operational governances and cross-functional topics would be considered an asset.
- Good command of Excel, VBA and Python. Previous experience working with JIRA will be considered an asset.
- The main task of the project team is to coordinate the evolution of TARGET Services, which entails business management support, plan management support, project management support, risk management support, change and release management support and the smooth cooperation between key stakeholders (Central Banks and the service providing Central Banks) in all daily operational matters.
- The objective of this call off is to receive support for the implementation and coordination of operational governance processes before, during and after the scheduled test phase(s) of the project(s) plan and the final migration to the production environment(s).
- Additionally, this support includes assisting with secretariat work and managing coordination meetings for internal forums. The work requires being in regular contact with the project(s) team as well as all the teams and groups participating to the project(s).
- Manage, coordinate and contribute to the definition of the annual releases’ schedule, including testing and deployments’ calendar for the TARGET Services releases.
- This involves preparing service transition plans, monitoring service transition status reports and reviewing release notes ahead of scheduled deployments.
- Organise and lead weekly coordination meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain Excel and VBA tools used to identify new incidents, production problems and release defects.
- Analyse findings to establish cause-effect relationships and coordinate appropriate action requests in advance of and during the TARGET Service’s release testing phases.
- Develop, prepare and present post-testing and deployment metrics in collaboration with the TARGET Services’ Providers to assess the quality of releases in production.
- Leverage findings to support the TARGET Services’ lessons learned and project closure reports
- Support the implementation and coordination of agreed change and release management operational governance processes, as well as the maintenance of related frameworks within the TARGET Services. This includes producing and coordinating the review of Change Notifications and developing the related business model process notations and process descriptions.

Pay: 350,00€ - 400,00€ per day
