As our Agile Coach you are a role model in terms of agile mindset, living an open and value driven culture. You will be responsible not only for our agile processes and methodology but also coach our teams and those of our sister companies in terms of agile methods and support the transformation process.
- Support in the setup of agile and scaled agile teams
- Coach new employees or other HÖRMANN entities in the use of agile methods
- Observe the efficiency of the usage of the agile development methods in the teams and coach the teams if necessary or requested.
- Create, optimize and introduce the development model according to the needs of the teams
- Provide, adapt and optimize the management tools and dashboards for the product teams (e.g. in Atlassian tool chain).
- Observe best practice development methods and tools inside and outside of HÖRMANN and integrate useful artefacts to our internal processes

**Your profile for HÖRMANN Digital**
- Academic degree in computer science or equivalent
- More than 2 years of practical experience in support of agile teams (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe).
- Practical experience in the SW development, integration, testing and go live of apps and distributed systems
- High social ability to integrate, develop and drive the teams to success
- Deep knowledge in the setup, configuration and optimization of development tools for agile development teams (e.g. with third party plugins or own scripting)
- Ability to speak, understand and write German and English fluently
- Open, value-driven culture
