Under the umbrella of DEHOCO, we cover all supporting functions such as accounting and finance, human resources, business processes and IT, consolidation, marketing and QHSES. Become a part of our international Marketing team in Bremen, Germany. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Marketing Specialist.

**Your tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Responsibility for the planning, conception, organization, implementation and follow-up of trade fairs, conferences, corporate or client events, sponsorships and awards (also virtual events)
- Close collaboration with the Sales department as well as with our trade fair and advertising agencies, and serving as the direct contact person for the organizer and other service providers
- Responsibility for the coordination, planning and briefing of the trade fair crew on site
- Planning and implementation of merchandising concepts for trade fairs and events
- Development of accompanying marketing measures, and coordination of the design and layout elements for brand-appropriate trade fair and event appearances with the in-house graphic designers and external booth builders
- Planning and ensuring timelines and project communication from kick-off to realization, and monitoring of various agencies and printers
- Support in carrying out marketing strategies and sustainable B2B campaigns in line with the overall corporate, business and brand strategies as required
- Support in organizing and carrying out film shootings, including post-production, storyboard and narration as required
- Support of internal and external communication and social media with copywriting and editing as required
- Planning and supporting of other events
- Broad range of tasks including quotation and invoice management, budget planning and monitoring as well as follow-up in the form of evaluations, presentations and reports

**What you can contribute**:

- A degree in business administration or marketing and/or event management, alternatively you have comparable training
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role within a fast-growing organization
- Strong understanding of developing marketing and communication strategies and how to effortlessly transfer these into concepts that are then implemented
- Professional experience in expo and event management
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Independent, reliable and diligent way of working, with a self-reliant and well-structured working style
- A high degree of initiative and strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills (German and English)
- Highly motivated team player with the competence to develop and maintain collaborative relationships at all levels within and external to the organization
