We are looking for a **Senior Data Scientist - Consumer Data Products (f/m/d)** to join our Marketing Data Science team. You will work in a multidisciplinary team with deep experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Marketing Analytics and Cloud Engineering. You will learn the innovative technologies that drive our ML-based marketing, and build upon those innovations to create a personalized customer experience. **Your mission**:

- Work in a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, product managers and business stakeholders, focused on improving the efficiency of the marketing activities at Delivery Hero.
- Develop innovative and pragmatic personalized data science driven solutions to optimize the spending of our marketing budget and enhance customer experience.
- Improve the existing ML models and data products owned by the squad such as uplift models, churn models, customer lifetime value models, next-best-action models, online & offline measurement, and more.
- Design experiments and KPIs that measure the business impact of our models.
- Improve the efficiency and agility of the computational and data processing pipelines.
- Ensure Delivery Hero’s marketing tech is delivering value to customers and business partners, proactively identifying issues and solving technical problems when needed.

**Your heroic skills**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience working as a data scientist (f/m/d) in a similar role with focus on decision-making machine learning, statistical modeling, experimentation, and/or predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in Python for scientific computing and machine learning. Experience in SQL. Knowledge of Git. Knowledge of container technologies (e.g. docker) and CI pipelines (e.g. github actions) is a plus.
- Proven record of managing DS projects end-to-end and guiding other data scientists.
- Experience in marketing analytics, experimental testing and/or specialized ML topics in marketing (e.g. uplift modeling, churn models, CLV models, sequential learning) and corresponding methods (e.g. ensemble models, deep learning, reinforcement learning, survival analysis, clustering) is a strong plus.
- Proficient level oral and written communication skills in English.
