Aufgaben
- As a Associate Director, Brand Communications (f/m/d) you will drive our brand in line with the global strategy with a strong business mindset, ensuring brand strategy aligns with business performance
- You will create marketing strategies & creative concepts and implement campaigns ensuring consistency in messaging while allowing for local adaptations
- You will lead campaign implementation from end-to-end with your team and develop product communication strategies that are aligned with audience insights
- You are passionate about creating a framework for maintaining brand identity, tone of voice and storytelling across all markets
- You know which communication channels are up-to-date and with which content they should be used to get the most attention from the right target group
- You will lead and mentor the brand communications team including social media, influencers and partnerships, while working cross-functionally to drive brand growth and impact
- You will work closely with other stakeholders in the company and report directly to our management

Qualifikation
- You have completed a BA or Master degree in marketing or business administration or a comparable field
- You have at least 5 years of experience in brand management with experiences in brand strategy as well as brand marketing operations in the consumer goods or food, health sector across D2C and retail
- You are analytical and data driven with clear understanding of KPIs and how they drive strategic decisions (Brand awareness, ROI, CLV )
- You have a strong leadership personality: Proven ability to manage teams, foster collaboration, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a growth mindset
- You identify strongly with the product and can convincingly communicate our vision to the outside world
- Entrepreneurial thinking, pragmatism and solution-orientated action are in your personal interest
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high capacity to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholder as well as external partners
- You are creative, work proactively and a high degree of personal responsibility spurs you on
- You are fluent in business communication in English and German. French is a big plus
