LiveEO is now and in the future financially supported by public funding bodies in order to develop our software products and put them to market. We are currently running several projects and have other major collaborations coming up.

As a Public Funding Intern (f/m/d) you will be an essential part of our team and take over the administrative handling of funding projects.

**Your challenge**:

- ** Project Management**: Lead ongoing projects operationally, and ensure the completion of project technical deliverables and financial & regulatory compliance. Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
- ** Ongoing Project reporting**: Prepare and submit technical and financial reports according to contractual requirements. Be the contact person between funding agencies and LiveEO.
- ** Liaison with tech and business teams**: Understand the in-house research and development at LiveEO and match upcoming funding opportunities to suitable projects. Collaborate with the tech, business and finance team to understand project requirements.

**Your profile**:

- Self-motivation: Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once, with high flexibility and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to interpret and explain requirements and goals of projects (tech and business) and to find solutions between multiple teams.
- Ability to quickly learn new technical topics and experience writing and confidently presenting technical material (in English and ideally in German).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a team as well as on their own (be self-sufficient).
- German skills at B2+ level is a plus.
- Interest in the aerospace industry is a plus.
