Our Global Human Resources Team is driving STADA's Growth Culture, which is key in achieving our growth ambitions. As **Global HR Project Management Officer (f/m/d)** you will be a key contact person for the HR Leadership Team as well as for Global Leaders and Executives. You will drive overarching HR projects and support our CHRO in all operational HR activities. - You lead HR projects in close collaboration with the HR Leadership Team - You support our CHRO through daily interactions in all operational HR activities - You manage relationships and collaborate closely with the HR Leadership Team and key stakeholders from our Global Executive Team - Facilitate diverse activities within the managerial scope of the CHRO: including the preparation of presentations, meeting - and project coordination, as well as defining and tracking follow-up activities - You coordinate the HR Leadership activities, meetings and business reviews - Support the HR Leadership Team in determining and prioritizing business requests - You actively engage in organizational development to foster the cultural transformation in line with our company values Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Agility and One STADA **Who we are looking for**: - You can demonstrate several years of experience in project management, preferably gained in a top tier consulting company.
