Your tasks
- In your role as Head of Sales & Marketing you take over the disciplinary and technical leadership of our 9-person Sales & Marketing team
- You are responsible for the (further) development of a sustainable sales and marketing strategy as well as for the achievement of order entry and revenue targets - You break the 10 MEUR revenue barrier together with us
- You are responsible for building and optimizing scalable sales processes that push our growth forward
- You build strong and sustainable customer relationships to understand their needs and goals
- You represent Magazino's vision to our customers, at trade shows and webinars

**Requirements**:

- You have a high level of experience in leading a sales & marketing team, have proven your sales skills for several years (5+) and have a strong track record of success
- Your proven success over the past few years highlighted your ability to close sales of products that need to be explained
- As a leader with start-up DNA, sales drive and marketing know-how, you know how to motivate and develop your diversified team
- You know the automation / robotics industry
- In addition to your excellent communication skills, you are a great networker
- You are result and number oriented and have an analytical mindset
- You are fluent in German and English
