Über Sie und diese Rolle

Für unseren Standort in Böhlen suchen wir aktuell zur Verstärkung unseres Instandhaltungsteams eine:n Koordinator:in für die vorbeugende Instandhaltung von Ausrüstungsteilen zur Gewährleistung von Prozess-Sicherheit.

In dieser Rolle werden Sie Teil des TES-(Technical Expertise and Support)-Teams, mit dem Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Sicherheit unserer Anlagen am Standort leisten. Sie setzen die Sicherheitsstandards und Richtlinien im Planungsprozess konsequent um. Besonderes Augenmerk liegt dabei auf der Einhaltung der deutschen Gesetze und der Dow Anforderungen, um negative Auswirkungen auf Gesundheit und Umwelt auszuschließen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
- Durchführung und Koordination von Überprüfungen an Process Containment Equipment (PCE), Rohrleitungen, Druckbehälter, und Sicherheitseinrichtungen.
- Festlegung von Maßnahmen nach Mängelfeststellungen und Koordination mit den Bereichen.
- Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten
- Unterstützung bei der effektiven Umsetzung relevanter technischer Standards und Regularien.
- Mithilfe bei der Planung und Vorbereitung der Inspektionen.
- Unterstützung der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von geplanten Abstellungen
- Unterstützung der Ursachenanalyse (RCI - Root Cause Investigation).

Qualifikationen:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einer technischen Fachrichtung (vorzugsweise Mechatroniker, Instandhaltungstechniker o.ä.) mit anschließender, weiterführender Qualifizierung zum Meister, Techniker, Bachelor oder Ingenieur.
- Umfangreiche praktische Berufserfahrung - idealerweise in der Inspektion - in anlagentechnischen Bereichen.
- Kenntnisse in Dokumentenverwaltung und Umgang mit Bürokommunikations
- und Datenverarbeitungssystemen (MS-Office, SAP).
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit, hohe Sicherheitsorientierung.
- Offene, lösungsorientierte und proaktive Persönlichkeit.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
