For our headquarters in Hamburg we are looking for a

**Junior Project Controller (f/m/d) - Renewable Asset Operations**

The Team of Asset Management Operations mainly concentrates on three pillars: management of new projects from construction to handover to the operational Asset Management, project reviews during acquisition phase and support of our Asset Manager colleagues on commercial and technical topics in the operational phase.

As a part of Asset Operations, the Controlling Team ensures the flawless interim financing of our renewable energy projects during development.

**Your responsibilities**
- Support Project Management from origination until hand over to Asset Management in all concerns of interim financing aspects of our construction projects, the project financing phase
- Support in the set up of business plans for our renewable energy projects
- Analyse and report possible deviations of Time/Cost/Quality calculations during the project´s timeline in comparison to the business plan and its KPI´s
- Reviewing the accuracy of the accounting books and financial statements and being responsible for monitoring of monthly-basis financial reports and treasury control reports
- Support of asset management in operations throughout the life cycle of assets by providing control information using time, technical and business parameters (KPI)
- Structure and implementation of multi-project reporting for each asset class to create transparency in the yield and asset analysis and for resource coordination for projects with different schedule progress, quality, or cost deviations
- Preparation of project information for BU Controlling in matters of planning and actual reporting of projects along their life cycles

**Your qualifications**
- Successfully completed business studies, ideally with a focus on accounting, taxes or financing, or a comparable qualification (e.g. relevant apprenticeship)
- First work experience, ideally in project or construction controlling for an international group of companies
- Knowledge of common controlling methods
- Experience with consolidation software and SQL database solutions would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, complemented by a conscientious, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Very good knowledge of English, German skills are of benefit
