**Your responsibilities**
- You will develop and maintain close relationship with internal stakeholders and external partners and act as key commercial contact on behalf of procurement
- You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies for the logistics category in order to ensure quality of services and significant cost reductions
- You will ensure transparency in carrying out execution purchasing procedure
- You will investigate and analyse the market, and seek new suppliers who may qualify to do business with smart Europe
- Your professional input will contribute greatly towards ‘Purchasing Excellence’ and ‘Customer Satisfaction’
- You will be able to negotiate and select the best warehouse/logistics suppliers specifying quality, quantity and other requirements
- You will work cross-functionally to assist with project scheduling, contracting, and executing, as well as, identifying purchasing needs and requirements

**What you bring along**
- You have a university degree in Economics, Business Administration or comparable degree
- You bring 3+ years of relevant working experience in Logistics Procurement preferably on regional level, e.g., Europe
- You have a track record in logistics market development and a high degree of commercial awareness
- You bring strong experience in multinational Logistics projects managing challenging supply chains
- You bring Automotive industry experience
- You have experience working with SAP S4HANA MM module, especially the PR + PO modules (experience with e-sourcing solutions is a plus)
- You are results driven and bring excellent analytical skills (high volume data)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work well with diverse stakeholders/business partners and team members
