We are looking for motivated new colleagues to join our Accounting Soultions and Support team in the area of Accounts Payable Support.

**About the role**
- Troubleshooting for our new colleagues and trusted contact person for our suppliers in new business areas.
- Rolling out a consistent process framework for Accounts Payable across the RWE Group.
- Providing training sessions around accounting processes both classroom and virtual.
- Building process documentation and learning materials with Signavio, SAP SolMan and Confluence.
- Provide support to Accounting divisions of local RWE operational companies and SAP users in RWE internationally.

**Job requirements and experience**
- University degree in economics or comparable training in combination with professional experience in accounting.
- Good SAP knowledge, especially in the S4 architecture.
- Good accounting knowledge and experience in a group accounting system.
- Knowledge in change management toolsets (e.g. ITIL, JIRA, Confluence).
- Knowledge in support frameworks to handle support requests and provide guidance for lesser experienced users.
- Ability to write guidelines and implement a process documentation.
- Open-minded and proactive personality paired with social skills.
- Business fluent in German and English.

**Advantageous, but not essential**

Polish language skills for the collaboration with the Shared Service Center in Katowice.
