**Job title: Logistics Coordinator Supervisor (Airfreight Export)**

**Employment type: Permanent contract with trial period of 6 months**

**Overall purpose of the job**

Handling of the worldwide airfreight export including the accruing documentation

**Key responsibilities and duties**
- Independent support and advice for existing customers in the day-to-day business;
- Receipt of transport orders with accompanying ;
- Operational transport processing;
- Booking of the cargo space at external suppliers, such as trucking-companies/ Airlines/Handling agents (GSA);
- Monitoring of the service parameters that have been integrated with service providers and escalation to superiors in case of deviation;
- Monitoring and implementation of agreed quality standards with suppliers;
- Communication with clients/agents/airlines/own worldwide-offices ;
- Checking the transport for profitability;
- Process oriented customs-clearance processes / arranging export-customs-clearance;
- Organization and control of pre-and post-carriage transports;
- Billing of the handled shipments;
- Monthly check of the accruing shipment and result/profitability;
- You will be reporting to the Branch Manager.

**Job experience requirements**
- Education in customs-clearance for Export, AES, Exit, Zabis-ATLAS, etc..;
- Education for DGR-handling / security-training for DGR PK6 + LBA—training;
- Have experience to lead a small team;
- Actual still valid Zuverlaessigkeitsueberpruefung (ZÜB);
- Completed vocational training as a merchant to Forwarding-/Logistic Agent;
- Minimum 5 years of similar tasks;
- Good communications skills with clients, EU-agents, customs, overseas-agents;
- Hands and mentality;
- Customer-oriented and solution-oriented thinking and acting;
**Language skills**
- Very good command of German and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of Japanese language would be added value for this position

**Computer skills**
- Driving license (category B)
- Duty to supervising inside + outside of FRA-Airport combined with business trip overnight
- Education in customs-clearance for Export, AES, Exit, Zabis-ATLAS etc.
- Organizational and self-sufficient capacity and Teamwork cooperation
